Description & Requirements

You are the connecting link between Van Oord and our manpower suppliers. Once a contract is in place, you step in. Your job is to ensure the agreements we make are implemented smoothly and deliver value. You work closely with our Category Managers for Temp Labour, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Engineering and Professional Services, and help shape a strong performance culture across our supplier base. You will:

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders on contractual matters and act as a “middleman” ensuring timely review, approval and reconciliation of variations
  • Support Category Managers in negotiation and contract drafting
  • Provide contract visibility and awareness to internal teams
  • Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal and guide implementation
  • Contribute to change management of processes and supplier improvement plans
