Van Oord

As project counsel you will actively support the business unit in the acquisition and execution of international projects. You will be part of multi-disciplinary team. You will have to identify, qualify, negotiate and manage legal and contractual risks. You will assist in drafting and negotiating both main contracts and key supply chain contracts predominantly within the offshore wind industry. 
 
Van Oord facilitates ’hybrid working’ (office/home) to the extent the work allows, but regular physical presence in Gorinchem offices will be required. Beyond that occasional travel (abroad or otherwise) may be required. 
 
Your focus is not only on the strictly legal side of things but also on the operational, financial and commercial aspects that come into play in the business. You will work with your colleagues to improve the know-how of the legal team including contract standardisation.
