THE POSITION
Over the past years, we’ve built a robust foundation for our GFSSC. With thriving hubs in Rotterdam and Dubai and 55 professionals on board, we’re now ready for the next phase. That means growing our strategic role, driving performance, and setting a new standard in financial service delivery. As Manager GFSSC, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation.
YOUR IMPACT
You’ll take full ownership of our core financial operations, ensuring we deliver consistent, high-quality services to the business. You’ll lead experienced Team Leads across Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report and Global Payroll. With clear governance, strong coaching and a drive for improvement, you’ll elevate every aspect of our service.
- Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and quality standards
- Secure correct and timely payroll execution for Dutch and international teams
- Guide, coach and inspire a team of Team Leads / Process Owners
- Drive best-in-class process design, standardisation and continuous improvement
- Build strong stakeholder alignment and enable cross-department collaboration
ABOUT YOU
You bring vision, structure and energy to everything you do. You understand the complexity of global finance operations and know how to turn strategy into execution. With a people-first mindset and the ability to lead change, you turn plans into results.
- At least 10 years’ experience in finance, with 5 in leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of PtP, OtC, RtR and global payroll processes
- Expertise in shared service centre practices and process excellence
- Green or Black Belt preferred (or open to achieve)
- Fluent in English, people-oriented, with strong stakeholder skills
