THE POSITION

As Head of Tender and Estimating you are responsible for leading our tender and estimating activities. With your leadership, you provide direction to the team, and with your expertise, you serve as a valued sparring partner within the organization.

YOUR IMPACT

In this role, you make a difference by bringing together knowledge, numbers, and people. Thanks to your sharp insight and structured approach, we can confidently submit bids and execute complex projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing budgets and EMVI plans and evaluating them;
• Guiding the process of preparing and submitting offers and tenders;
• Managing tender data, production data, post-calculations, and equipment data, and effectively using this information in tenders and projects.

YOUR WORKPLACE

Our projects range from emergency dam repairs in the Maas, to dredging, bank protection and complex soil remediation. We operate with our own fleet of crane ships, pontoons, survey drones and autonomous vessels. With innovations such as LNG-powered and hybrid vessels we are leading the way in sustainable waterworks. Recent highlights include the construction of emergency dams near Maastricht under extreme conditions, and pilots with emission-free dredging. ABOUT YOU

You are driven, flexible, and creative, with strong communication skills. You are realistic in identifying opportunities and threats and can map them clearly. In addition:

• Preferably, you have a degree in Civil Engineering;
• You have at least 10 years of experience in the sector, including at least 3 years as an estimator;
• You are strong in communication and fluent in both Dutch and English.
