Description & Requirements

Tendering and Engineering is the technical backbone of Van Oord. With more than seven hundred colleagues this department shapes the bid phase and supports the full lifecycle of our dredging, offshore wind and marine construction projects. Within this environment the Value Assurance team is a newly created department. Its goal is to set clear standards and support teams so they can deliver on their promises. As an intern you help create the systems and workflows that will guide this department in the coming years. Your work also supports the wider Tendering and Engineering community which means that your impact reaches far beyond your direct team.
