Description & Requirements

As Operations Director Dredging & Infra, you are responsible for the successful delivery of multiple large and complex projects within your area. You oversee project performance, balance priorities across people, equipment and project needs and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Working closely with Project Directors, Project Managers and clients, you provide direction, manage risks and support strategic decision making. You also contribute to tender strategies and help shape future project opportunities.
