Description & Requirements

As an HR Advisor you work closely with one or more HR Business Partner(s) to deliver people relations support to the employees and managers, having an operational focus. The role is not necessarily aligned with a specific business unit or department. 
 
 As an HR Advisor you promote the adoption of the HR operating model within the business, ensuring managers and employees feel they are well supported by the global HR Function including HR Operations and the HR CoEs. You work closely with HR Operations, the HR Business Partners, the CoEs to promote collaboration across functions and cross-pollination of ideas and knowledge-sharing.
