As HR Business Partner for the Dredging & Infra business line, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals and the People Plan for particularly the NL based subsidiaries. You support DRI line managers on people related topics, employee relations, talent management and organizational development, ensuring compliance with policies and driving impactful HR initiatives across the Business Unit.
Your main area of focus will be the NL based subsidiaries of Dredging & Infra, where you will be responsible for managing the full HR cycle. You work closely with the Commercial Managers of these subsidiaries. You enjoy working with different types of employees, collective labor agreements (CAOs), data management and employee handbooks. Preferably, you have experience with the Bouw & Infra and GGI collective labor agreements.
Your success lies in close collaboration with the HR Director of Dredging & Infra, HR peers, business leaders, team leads, and the HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs) and HR Services. You influence the people and talent agenda to drive business outcomes and support strategic priorities across DRI to enable a high performing organization.
Your responsibilities span operational, tactical and strategic HR topics, including, strategic workforce planning, team composition, performance management, employee engagement, DEI, sickness absence management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, coaching of managers, values and culture, and change management. You report to the HR Director of Dredging & Infra and are supported by our HR Services and HR CoE departments. You hold end-to-end responsibility for correct HR administration within your scope.
You promote the adoption of the HR operating model, ensuring employees and managers feel supported by the global HR function. You use HR data and people analytics to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement.
