YOUR IMPACT
As an Electrical Superintendent you work closely with the Technical Superintendent to prepare dockings and repairs to the electrical equipment. You communicate between the crew on the ships, suppliers, other specialist colleagues and project employees.
- You advise the Technical Superintendent on the daily situation regarding electrical systems of our ships;
- You determine the requirements for the electrical installations based on the project requirements;
- You advise on technical solutions to achieve the project goals;
- You test the technical proposals of suppliers against the requirements;
- You support the crew with electrical problems on board.
Your Workplace
As Electrical Superintendent you are part of the team with other Electrical Superintendent, Technical Superintendents and Project Engineers. This pool of colleagues is based in our office in Rotterdam. The team you will be working in supports the (existing) fleet. This means that you are involved in the maintenance and modifications for the electrical installations on board ships and equipment.
ABOUT YOU
You are a team player with a proactive attitude. A go-getter with good organizational, analytical and coordinating skills. Do you also meet the requirements below? Then apply immediately!
- You have an Intermediate vocational education, preferably in the direction of electrical engineering
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience (preferably in the maritime sector);
- You master the English language in word and writing.
