Description & Requirements

As a Pool Manager, you are functionally responsible for the fleet management of all our ships that are deployed worldwide. You will work closely with the hierarchical managers in the office and help ensure that all Van Oord vessels are manned as effectively and efficiently as possible when it comes to our captains and chief engineers. You will be in regular contact with them about their future within Van Oord, job satisfaction and personal situation. In addition, you will provide input for the development of a short and long-term crew strategy for the entire Crew pool.
