Description & Requirements

As a Pool Manager within Survey, you support the Survey Operational Managers  (Dredging & Infra or Offshore Energy) in their operational project staffing needs. You ensure the right people are at the right place at the right time. This requires close alignment and collaboration with the Chief Surveyors, Project Managers and Survey Operational Managers. 

You are a secure home base for the Survey pool assigned to you and their first point of contact regarding their projects and career. You are their conversational partner when it comes down to development, performance and engagement.
