THE POSITION
As a Project Controller, you are a key player within our Finance organisation. You take charge of the financial control of multiple Dutch-based Dredging & Infrastructure projects and act as a trusted sparring partner to our Project Managers. Your role is all about enabling smart decisions, ensuring solid reporting and staying ahead of financial risks. You bring control, insight and foresight to everything from cashflow to audits.

• Advise Project Managers and teams with sharp financial insights
• Monitor progress and forecast project results with confidence
• Safeguard the integrity of financial administration and compliance
• Drive audit readiness, cash management and risk controls
• Spot issues early and provide clear, actionable analysis
ABOUT YOU
You bring experience and energy to a dynamic, project-driven environment. You are confident in your expertise and enjoy collaborating closely with project teams. You have:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Economics, Business Administration or similar
• At least 5 years of experience as a project controller in a project environment
• Affinity with the maritime and/or civil infrastructure sector
• Experience with joint ventures and consortia is a plus
• Excellent command of Dutch and good command of English
• Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and a hands-on attitude
• Good Excel skills
• Communicative and confident working with different stakeholders
• Experience with dredging projects is a plus
