You will join the production team, where the atmosphere is open, informal and based on teamwork. As a Senior Production Specialist, you design and develop technologically complex dredging projects, from beach nourishments to large-scale reclamations and capital works worldwide. Your work combines analytical skill and creativity, driving Van Oord’s innovative edge.


You support our commercial and project teams during both tender and execution phases. Starting with analysing tender documents, you develop cost-efficient production methods using your knowledge of soils, equipment and work methods. The results feed into client proposals, and once awarded, you see your concepts brought to life on real projects
