As a Pool Manager within the Dredging & Infra business unit, you act as the bridge between project needs and talent capabilities. You connect the Business Unit, ongoing projects, and Pool staff to ensure the right people are at the right place at the right time. You balance operational priorities with a people-first mindset, using your experience to make decisions that reflect Van Oord’s values and long-term vision.

You maintain a full overview of all skills and competencies within your pool and across Operations, ensuring that every staffing choice supports project excellence and growth.
